This project was a ground-up build of a 28’ x 44’ wood framed facility. The purpose of the structure was to hold two 10,000 gal. Magnesium Chloride tanks. The foundation required an extensive utilization of reinforcement with double-mat rebar, water stops, and a low toleration for variability. Containment of the product in the event of a spill was the main concern and all precautions were taken to ensure the facility would accommodate this occurrence if it ever happened. A unique approach to the assembly of the structure was utilized in order to maximize schedule efficiency and overall manpower needed.
