With experience in Commercial Construction, Site and Utility Contracting, most recently within business management for a large Caterpillar Dealership, Josh has worked in all facets of the construction industry starting with his father Andy Medcalf.

Josh Medcalf, along with his sister Meagen Healy, has taken ownership of Andy Medcalf Construction in
2024. The two are working day to day intricately with the AMCC team to provide support and leadership
to propel Andy Medcalf Construction for future growth and support to the surrounding communities.
