This project consists of two new additions to an existing one-story school building. The new additions contain 4 classrooms with staff support areas, cafeteria, servery, & kitchen along with new HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, LV and AV systems. Site work contains a new fire access road, approximately 1,000 lineal feet of public sidewalk replacement, a water retention facility and a new parking lot with a service lane to access the new receiving dock & the trash area with a new trash compactor, and an upgraded play area with a crushed granite track.

In the existing school a new security vestibule at the main entry along with access control, security cameras throughout the entire existing building. Front office/admin remodel, a new teacher’s lounge, new music room. New clocks, paging, AV systems, were installed along with various other minor modifications throughout the school.
