Work includes the following main items:
New Shops Building
Construction of a new 4,335 square foot Shops Facility Building. Building space includes maintenance shop area, office space, staff break room, and restroom facilities.
Site Improvements
- Installation approximateley 135 linear feet of new PVC storm line including two (2) catch basins and one (1) storm water detention facility.
- Construction of a 5,500 square foot paved access and parking area.
- Fencing modifications and installation of two (2) new cantilever slide gate systems.
