Nikita Kalugin’s construction career began in Homer, Alaska, where he worked with his uncle Ivan to renovate homes. This experience sparked his passion for the job site. He then joined Kauffman Construction, where he gained a strong background in construction. Subsequently, he seized an opportunity with Skyline Projects, specializing in framing custom homes and honing a solid skill set. In 2017, Nikita joined Andy Medcalf Construction, where he utilized his ambitious work ethic to read blueprints, build and remodel schools from the ground up, and consistently showed initiative. His knowledge and experience are valuable assets, and he enjoys participating in AMCC’s construction board golfing tournaments and golf leagues.
